Turmoil at Tottenham
We dig deep into Tottenham’s recent struggles following their exits in the FA Cup & Champions League. Is Antonio Conte leaving? Would Pochettino return?  Chelsea have had a positive week, is it the start of some positive momentum for Potter?  Liverpool spanked Man Utd 7-0! We discuss whether it was a fluke or whether there are more deep rooted concerns for the Red Devils.  And following Arsenal’s late winner at the weekend, we debate where our money is for the Title.  Alex hosts Forgotten Footballer, and this weeks draft is ‘Humiliation’.  Thanks for listening!

Potter's the Problem
This week it was Sam vs Tommy, Tottenham vs Chelsea as Graham Potter took his Blues to North London. The result went with form, as Spurs won 2-0 thanks to goals from Oliver Skipp & Harry Kane. Tommy cant hide his pain at where his Chelsea side are, and goes through what needs changing, and how he feels about the clubs current form.  Does Potter need sacking? And who would be a viable replacement if he was to go? All bases are discussed. Sam is happy with where his Spurs side are at, putting themselves in a good place ahead of the final third of the season.  Elsewhere we discuss Erik Ten Hag winning his first trophy with Man Utd, and what he's done so well to improve his team.  Alex gives an Ipswich update, with his team clinging on to promotion hope.  Sam hosts this week's Forgotten Footballer, and this weeks draft is 'Out of their Depth'   Thanks for listening!

One Season Wonder...
Harry Kane’s goal on Sunday made history as he becomes Tottenham’s all time leading scorer, also breaking 200 Premier League goals in the process. We chat through his best moments in a Spurs shirt, and where he stands amongst other league legends.  We also heap the praise on right-back Emerson Royal, and whether Pedro Porro’s arrival has given him the challenge he needed.   Man City’s loss adds to the questions over Pep’s team selection, and are they playing to Haalands strengths?   Arsenal also fell to defeat as they lost at Everton and Sean Dyche in his first game in charge, we discuss whether we think the Toffees will have enough to beat the drop.   Ipswich put up a great effort against Championship toppers Burnley, ultimately falling short to a last-gasp Clarets winner in the FA Cup, and its league leaders Sheffield Wednesday in town this weekend which Alex doesn’t fancy!   Tommy hosts this weeks Forgotten Footballer, and we draft our favourite Premier League strikers.   Thanks for listening!

Halfway There
Following victories away at Spurs, and at home to Utd, Arsenal are sitting pretty 5 points clear at the top of the table. But we are only halfway through the season, can they do it!?   Chelsea have added more reinforcements in attack, but what else does Tommy think needs changing?   Tottenham have come through a sticky patch and also dipped into the market, Sam gives us his opinion on where his club are at.   Its dog eat dog down at the bottom, with some big teams in trouble near the drop, but who do we think will fall into the Championship?   Alex gives an update on Ipswich, with Tommys cousin and Ifs & Buts guest Josh Cullen coming to Portman Road this weekend with Burnley in the FA Cup.   Sam hosts Forgotten Footballer, and this weeks draft is ‘Iconic Celebrations’   Thank you for listening!

New Year, New Concerns
After nearly a month off, we reconvene to have a catch up on all things Chelsea & Tottenham.    Tommy’s Blues find themselves in a slump with the fans seemingly unsure on where Graham Potter is taking them.   Injuries have played their part, but questionable recruitment isn’t helping, Tommy takes us through all his thoughts on what needs to happen to turn things around.   Sam’s Spurs had a mixed return following the World Cup, with Antonio Conte’s future in the balance as he puts pressure upstairs during the January transfer window.   Will the boss commit his future to Tottenham or is a sour-ending in store? Sam gives us his opinion.   Tommy ends the episode with Forgotten Footballer back from its winter holiday.   Thanks for listening!

Mayhem in Marseille
Episode 74 - Mayhem in Marseille   After a tense final round of Champions League games for Spurs, they managed to get the result they needed in Marseille to book their place in the last 16, but Sam is concerned by his side’s performances in recent weeks.   Only two months after leaving Brighton, Graham Potter took his Chelsea team back to the AMEX, but a 4-1 defeat was definitely not the return he was looking for. Tommy goes through some tactical gripes he has with the Blues.   With Liverpool dropping more points last weekend we discuss whether they can still get a top 4 finish, and we also debate whether Newcastle are genuine contenders.   In League 1, Ipswich grabbed a 4-2 lead in stoppage time…but couldn’t hold on as Charlton snatched a 4-4 draw in dramatic circumstances! Alex discusses the debacle of the extra time, and gives his assessment on Town’s start to the campaign.   Sam hosts this week’s Forgotten Footballer, and this week’s draft focuses on ‘Unhappy Returns’
