It's always great to have your clients get pre approved before you start taking them on showings. But that doesn't mean that you have to do it in order to be a successful.

It's tough balancing your business and personal life. Sometimes it can become overbearing. But when you do end up finding that perfect balance everything just seems to come together.

Closings are happening everyday. But, I couldn't understand why I wasn't able to close any deals. That was until I finally figured it out all out, or that's what I thought.
