Stop labelling the things you don't like about yourself as flaw and shortcomings. Just because you wish something was different about yourself, doesn't mean it's wrong, weird or broken. Logically, we know we're not seeking perfection, but many of us are carrying invisible standards and expectations in our own heads that say "yeah but you should be doing better. You should be doing more. You should be getting it done faster. The way you are is not okay.
