There are no accidents... You have to go through it to get to it. Stop looking out the window at your challenges and start looking in the mirror. Leave drama for the dramatic, share your victories to inspire others. Vulnerability and Transparency is when you will stand in your power. Acceptance, Being Passive, and Having a Soft Heart Does NOT mean you have to be a doormat. We've trained people how to behave in our presence. You want to complain? 1. The problem will stay with you 2. You will attract other complainers. If you are challenged in a specific space in life, reach out to someone that can help you...we all can use a little help and there are special people willing to do so. You don't have to DO more to experience more...Minimize to Maximize...Less is MORE. Acknowledge all that is showing up in your life for what it is...an opportunity to grow If you keep trying to be all things to all people you will end up being nothing to no one.Those people that don't support you? They are NOT your people.

We find out what we are truly made of in our darkest of days. Kristine Peacock was married with 3 little girls, her youngest was just 7 weeks old and life was moving along as planned...then in a moment everything changed. Her husband became ill with cancer and soon after passed away. A single mom with 3 little girls and her life turned upside down. Kristine turned tragedy into triumph...a brave soul moving forward following her passion in life while setting a great example of strength and perseverance for her little girls. This is truly a special woman with an amazing story that will fill your heart with hope through any situation you encounter.

7 1/2 years ago I started a personal journey inward. Through that time much has been shared with me generously by my teachers and guides...and to this day I continue to do that work, guided, and most important, share. Here are some of those guiding principles that have supported my growth and the growth of those I have been fortunate to work with over the years.

We continue to look outward for our solutions when all we need is within. We are experience junkies chasing the noise and fillers of society that give us temporary joy…we experience the momentary high…yet without a centering and rhythm with self we revert back to form of our current space in time that lacks fulfillment .

I woke up January 1st this year certain that I was seeking more. I was looking for answers and questioning what I had already learned. I had found a place of unbalance and was in need of changes that would facilitate a path to a better me. I am grateful that I was introduced to Interrupt The Pattern and took the journey of Coaching with Jon Cheplak. The experience has forever changed my landscape. I continue on an unwavering path doing this work of which Jon is an exceptional facilitator of. I am forever grateful for the experience and look forward to serving and supporting others seeking their own changes.

One thing you can count on in life is that everything changes. We like to think that everything in our lives will remain the same and we are very uncomfortable most times when things do change.

There is a certain kind of comfort in your pattern. Whatever it is, your pattern serves you by keeping you from feeling or facing something you would rather not feel.

If you enter into conflict correctly, you will come out of it having learned something more about yourself and the other person. Often times you will come to understand that you are not always angry about what you think you are angry about. Look for the pearls of wisdom.....

Journaling is an exercise in being heard. When we allow ourselves to hear what we feel we now deal with it. Journaling creates a new rhythm for self to face things safely.

We have all experienced anger. Anger is a human emotion; some deny it, suppress it, ignore it, avoid it, and run from it. Others express it freely when ever they feel it, slamming doors, making unkind gestures, yelling, breaking things, even causing physical damage. But what is Anger all about?

Once you become aware, doing the work becomes the challenge no matter how many self-help books you have read seminars you have attended or counseling sessions you have had, the application of new concepts, or, new ways of being into your life becomes the challenge.

I believe everything we do in life comes from one of two emotions; Love or Fear. If you examine your past and present experiences, thoughts, actions and doings you will come to realize whether you are acting out of fear or out of love.

One of the biggest obstacles of change is the shame we feel for what we have done, are doing or experienced in our life.

Ego and its outward actions are an expression of lack, low self-esteem, and our inner child seeking that love and attention we so badly desire and in some area of our life, did not receive or are not receiving today.

Affirmations are thoughts, words or phrase that are constantly repeated until they enter the unconscious ind and become a part of your programming.

The Law of Affirmation states that you bring about what you affirm. Affirm that you are who you really want to be. You will become it sooner than you think.

Visualizations can come into our reality if your minds accept this as a possibility. However, when we feel undeserving or afraid, we try to force our dream into reality. Metaphysically, we are able to create whatever we may desire.
