Ms. Poole-Watson is the Owner and CEO of Prime One Lending Group/Prime One Home Loans, a non-depository Direct Lending Bank that specializes in funding Commercial and Residential Real Estate up to $650 million per transaction, Nationwide, offering over 1000 different loan programs with a specific focus on educating, empowering and getting people of color access to capital. She is also the Owner and CEO of The Bailey Watson Real Estate, a team of over 250 licensed Realtors around the nation and is part of the top 1% of Realtors in the Nation.

Ms. Poole-Watson also wants to help the next generation of Realtors get their foot in the door. Weekly she teaches real estate and financial literacy in high schools and has voluntarily created a full real estate scholarship to graduating high school students around the country along with direct mentorship upon their completion of the course.

Along with all of those accomplishments, Ms. Poole-Watson is also the new host of a financial literacy segment on Fox/Fox Soul which is set to start airing later on this year.

She is a very knowledgeable guest that would be great to have on your show to talk about housing, the state of real estate and banking issues, cultivating generation wealth, or any financial topic that may appeal to your audience.

Additional background:

Ms. Poole-Watson graduated high school with honors at age 17. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, along with a Double Master’s in Public Administration and Political Management from George Washington University. She then went on to receive her Law Degree from the University of Maryland.

She is a Veteran, serving 9 years in the U.S Air Force and a featured keynote speaker at conferences around the country.
