We discuss some issues with Mens mental health we talk about how its better, for both men and woman, to speak up and speak out about their state of mind along with their feelings and emotions rather than ignoring them and shoving them aside ... We also dive into our first set of listener mail and answer some questions, a big shout out to Babs and Julie and for those anonymous peeps out their too... and we take a deeper dive into some of the questions that were left hanging a little thin last week...
