The innerforce invitation
In our increasingly device-connected world, many of us are searching to enrich our connections with colleagues, friends and family. Making these meaningful connections with others begins with cultivating and fueling a meaningful connection with ourselves. When did you last stop to connect with yourself? What you want? What you need? Why you do what you do, and how do you make choices? When was the last time that you considered what actually makes you feel energized versus what happens to be on your to do list? These are central questions of the innerforce process — do you have a set of practices that cultivate, strengthen and maintain your connection to yourself? How do you reconnect to yourself when you’ve lost the connection? Join Angela King to learn how to fuel, cultivate, and reignite the force that is the source of vitality, wisdom, and inspiration.
