Today at India CFO Podcast, I talk about Mergers & Acquisitions and I will be covering this topic in a two part series. In Part 1 I talk about as to how are Mergers & Acquisitions are different to each other, how do you figure out & evaluate any M&A proposition for your businesses, and In Part 2 I will be talking about some of the difficult situations as to why do most of the M&A deals fail & how can you avoid those circumstances, how do you choose right companies to buy or merge with and the most important part how do you value your business.
