Explosive Land Profits For Q3, 2021: Your 90-day Action Plan
In the episode of the InFLOW Podcast, Michelle lays out a 90-day action plan for land investors looking to get the most out of Q3 of 2021 In this episode: • The importance of planning as the leader of your business • The steps to follow to create a 90-day action plan as a land investor • How to get the most out of Q2 and Q3 in 2021 In the Northern Hemisphere, we have just passed the Summer Solstice. This marks the halfway mark for the year 2021. I sincerely hope that you have made the most out of the first half of this year. It has been an explosive time for land investors that continues to offer unparalleled opportunities However, if you are not where you envisioned in your land investing business, there is no time like the present to accelerate your success. How to create your 90-day action plan for land investors 1. Make time to plan The first step in developing an effective 90-day action plan for land investors is to block off some time in your calendar before July 1 to plan. One of the first stumbling blocks that you could encounter in your planning is simply not making dedicated time for short-term and long-term planning. 2. Reflect on the past Once you have made the time to plan, spend some time reflecting on the accomplishments and challenges that you have experienced in the first two quarters of the year. Look at the goals you set at the beginning of the year and assess how you are doing. 3. Create a ‘stop doing’ list Your time is the most valuable and scarce resource in your business. Identify things that are currently taking up unnecessary time and stop doing them. These are tasks that you can delegate to other team members so that you can free yourself up to start taking action to drive your business forward. 4. Identify actions that created a mess in your business Reflect on the past 6 months and identify the actions you took in your business that made a ‘mess.’ When things feel messy, it highlights the need for systems and processes to ensure optimal productivity and outcomes. Make a clear plan to clean those processes up so that you can start on a clean slate in Q3. 5. Plan for the future As the CEO of your business, it’s your job to be a time traveler. You need to decide precisely what you want to achieve in the future and plot a course for your team to follow. 6. Identify what you need to achieve your Q3 and Q4 goals Once you have worked through the past 6 months, assessed what you can do right now to improve productivity, and forecast where you want the business to go, you are ready to start implementing. Identify what you need to get to your goals and find out who can help you get there. Planning is the most important part of your job as the CEO of your land flipping business. Implementing a 90-day action plan for your land flipping business will give you the clarity needed to achieve your goals!

The Art of Taking a Pause
You have often heard me say that as the CEO of your own business, you should train with the same commitment and determination as an athlete. However, in this episode of the InFlow Podcast, I would like to reflect on the Art of Taking a Pause. In my experience, we full our days with three things: planning, practice, and play. It’s easy to get trapped in the planning phase. We spend a lot of energy thinking and sometimes overthinking what needs to be done. We then start to implement, and this action taking is vital to success. However, action requires a lot of focus and energy, which can leave you feeling exhausted. Finally, but critically, we need time to play. During this time, you get to replenish your inner resources and nurture your soul. Over the past 14 months, we have experienced explosive growth in our land investing and educational businesses. While this has been a genuinely exhilarating journey, it has also required a lot of energy, focus, and constant planning and practice on my part. I, therefore, decided to listen to my body, mind, and spirit and gave myself the gift of time to pause. While it was a little unconventional and not precisely what I had planned, I am so pleased that I did. For four wonderful days, I invested in nurturing myself with the time and space needed to find my center. While I decided to stay at home rather than travel to a retreat, I created the environment that I needed to give myself time to play, breathe and reflect. This pause has given me the inner fuel that I needed to regain my vision and hit the reset button. I am now ready to launch into the second half of 2021 with the clarity of purpose, motivation, and passion that I need to pursue my goals. In this episode: The importance of play in your professional development How to create a retreat experience without changing your environment The benefits of taking a pause Sometimes, when you take the time to stop and reassess your current situation, you realize that your reset will take you in a completely different direction, personally, professionally, or in your financial affairs. If you are looking for an alternative that offers both lifestyle and financial freedom, land investing might be the vehicle that you have been seeking. Join the Land Profit Generator team on June 25th – 27th for a 3-Day Virtual Land Flipping Bootcamp. 3 Tips for Overcoming Setbacks
In this weeks’ episode of the InFlow Podcast, I speak about the importance of being resilient in the face of adversity. When we speak about leadership skills, we often focus on all the things you need to do right to accelerate your success. Unfortunately, no matter how hard you work or how good your intentions, there will be times when you get it wrong. In fact, we recently discovered that we made a mistake with a key hire in one of our businesses. It’s important to remember that we all make mistakes. We all fail sometimes. As your business grows, you will experience setbacks. People will disappoint you, and you will disappoint yourself. As a business leader, how you choose to deal with these experiences will have an enormous impact on the ultimate success or failure of the business as a whole. Here are three tips for dealing with adversity that will foster growth and success in your business: 👉 Remain resolute in your goals 👉 It’s important to be emotionally invested, but don’t be emotional when dealing with adversity 👉 Look for the opportunities that present themselves as a result of the setback and continue forward in Faith and with Grace If you are ready to take your land investing business to the next level, join us for a 3-Day Virtual Land Flipping Bootcamp on the weekend of June 25th. A Little-Known Secret to Getting 6-Figure Land Deals
There’s a lot of conversation and hoopla around bigger land deals right now, and with good reason. They’re the fastest, most potent way to turbo-charge your land profits. And, yes, there’s an actual blueprint to finding the right market, the right offer, the right way to talk to more sophisticated buyers and sellers. But before all of that, there’s something most investors don’t talk about, an important ingredient that will give you the power to get those big deals. That ingredient is confidence. Confidence is 100% power. It’s about finding an unwavering connection and trust in yourself—or trust in the experience and expertise of a mentor that you’re going to lean on. I’m not talking about a mentor who will be your hero. I’m talking about a mentor who will guide you to become your own hero, your family’s hero. If you find yourself stuck in small deals, there is something inside of you that needs to be activated. Your soul is craving that higher level of confidence. I’m truly a believer in the fact that, when our soul wants to expand and grow, there will be people who cross our paths or things we hear that will inspire us to push through and move forward into that bigger, bolder reality we were made for. You can expect your ego to fight you as you embark on this new journey, but this just means you’re so close to an amazing breakthrough. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I share: Ways to push through the resistance of your ego saying no Why you need to put yourself in situations you can’t back out of How to become the hero of your own storyline This is bigger than just 6-figure land deals. This is about you seeing the sacred in what you’re doing and being attracted to a growth beyond a bank balance. You’re expanding your consciousness, finding your courage, and becoming who you were meant to be all along. Find out more! Women Connecting to Our Center with Rachael Jayne Groover
It was such an honor to have Rachael Jayne Groover, bestselling author and CEO/founder of The Awakened School, join us on this week’s podcast. We talked about some very powerful feminine concepts like the womb space, the energetic center of a woman. When we connect with that center, we send a sincere, authentic, strong energy signal out into the world. When a woman is in this space, you don’t have to know her very well to trust her and connect with her. Rachael Jayne’s Art of Feminine Presence work has a tagline: be seen, be heard, and inspire change. These days in business, getting and holding people’s attention is the most important thing. Everything is flying so much faster every year. Being visible used to be Rachael Jayne’s biggest fear. In her experience, when she excelled at something, people cut her down. She didn’t want attention because it didn’t feel safe, but she knew she had to get attention if she wanted to grow her business. A lot of her work is about healing the trauma of being seen. She teaches women different practices they can use on a daily basis to connect with their womb space, to stay in their vertical core of energy. The more connected we are to this space, the more powerfully we’ll communicate and connect with others. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, Rachael Jayne shares: How women can be both powerful and feminine What can happen when you disconnect from your womb space The difference between mindset and energetic work She has a special message for those just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey (and for all of us): “You first. You are the signal and the receiving channel for money, for ideas, for clarity, for opportunities to land in your lap.” Find out more! Scaling Your Business Through Team Building
No matter what kind of business you’re running, I have some timeless principles that will help you scale quickly and bring the right people on board. Building a team that’s bigger than you will give you the opportunity to enjoy the four freedoms of money, time, relationships, and purpose. If everything in your business (deals, offers, sales, marketing) depends on you, these freedoms will never be yours. In the beginning, you might start small with a VA or independent contractor. But, eventually, you’ll want to pivot into thinking about a team that is all in on you, and you are all in on them. You’ll bring people on board who embody your core values, who become like family, who see opportunities for personal and career development, and who are truly excited about the dynamic growth of the company. You will be tempted to dump all your unwanted tasks onto your new hire and let them figure it out, but you need to think long-term. You need to train them, explain the purpose of each task and the impact it has on the company as a whole. Give them a list of criteria. Break down the steps. Have a rhythm for supervising and checking in. Feedback and constructive criticism is huge. Put in the time and energy at the beginning, and your return on involvement will be exponential. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I share: The key characteristics to look for in a new employee How hiring 2-3 people at once to compete for a role collapses time How to leverage technology to simplify the onboarding/training process Remember that you are offering an amazing opportunity to someone. It’s a privilege and an honor to align themselves with a CEO like you, someone with integrity, operating in excellence, and bringing incredible value to the marketplace and to the world. A Day of InFlows in the Life of a Real Estate Investor
Have you ever had a day where you’re so completely in the zone, so in flow, where grace touches you at every corner? A day where you’re fully present and engaged, and lose all track of time, as hour after energizing hour goes by? That was my day yesterday, and I decided to share it with you. Not because I want you to use it as a formula, or a template, for how your ideal day should go, but as inspiration and encouragement. A peek at what can happen when you’re on fire from sunup to sundown, living out your highest, fullest purpose all day long. I woke up at 5:45 am on this Monday morning, did a bit of breathwork—deep inhalations, slow exhalations—to gather myself together to go powerfully into my day. Then a 10-minute meditation. Then some lipstick and started a 6-hour coaching session with my mentor in his 10x program. It was a complete game-changer for me. Then a call with the Head Coach of our program. A call about hiring a new team member. A call about marketing plans. And on and on, each interaction filling me up more and more. It was just one amazing encounter after another, including some beautiful moments with our daughter. We finished off the day slowly, in an incredible state of reflective gratitude. I want to do big, hairy, audacious things in the world. I want to leave a dent in the universe. I want to leave an amazing legacy for generations to come. And that happens one precious day at a time. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I share: Powerful ideas for starting your day off on the right foot Why Jack and I are such big believers in coaching and mentorship A description of the amazing human being we’re looking to hire for our team The wins we got to celebrate with our daughter When something energizes you instead of depleting you, go for it full force. Guilt-Free Motherhood for Women Entrepreneurs
Do men ever get asked the question, So, how do you balance work and parenting? No, but we women get asked things like this all the time. How do you run a business and still make time for your role as a mom? What do you do about the guilt from not spending enough time with your kids? How do you keep it all together? I’ll be the first to say that I don’t have it all together. There are some key foundational things in my life that are working really well, but I have invested many years into making that happen. I’ve done the reps and the inner work, so that I can have more ease now. But I’m still figuring it out. Kids don’t come with an instruction manual. My daughter is 13, and I go through each new stage one by one. I look to others who are further ahead on the parenting journey than I am. One thing I don’t do is feel guilt for not spending more time with my daughter. I have set intentional blocks of quality time aside for her, and of course, I’m always here if she needs me, but I’m leaving—and living—a legacy for her that goes way beyond our time together. She sees that her mom has big dreams and goals and is demonstrating every single day what it is to be passionate and on fire for the life she is leading. She sees that her mom is pushing the boundaries of what is possible and is still showing up even when she’s scared. Watching me live my dreams is impacting her in a bigger way than any legacy of monetary wealth I could give her. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I share: Why we often need to re-parent ourselves before parenting our kids My daily de-stressing ritual before I pick my daughter up from school How I balance humility/kindness with not taking any shit What melts any guilt I might have completely away. I have an obligation to my daughter to walk the talk, be bold and courageous, and to do great things with my life. What are you modeling for your kids? Find out more! Recreating Your Financial Life with Land Flipping with Lauri Maines
Lauri Maines worked for the same manufacturing company for 32 years. As the industry changed, she and the owner began to butt heads, and Lauri was let go. Her shock and fear quickly turned to excitement. For the first time ever, she thought, “Wow, what do I want to do?” This was her chance to follow her joy, take a different path, and reinvent herself. The next morning, the universe whispered in her ear via a radio ad about wholesaling houses. She and her husband jumped on the real estate bandwagon, did a few house flips (which she doesn’t recommend), and explored several other areas of real estate as well, none of which felt like a perfect fit. And then a guy named Jack Bosch came to Las Vegas and talked about land flipping. She told her husband, “This is it. This will work. I know it.” And it did. Her daughter initially expressed hesitation at this new plan. “You’ve invested so much time and energy already,” she said. “Yes,” Lauri said, “and all of that brought me here, to land flipping. It was my education, and education costs money.” All that trial and error laid the groundwork for their new land flipping business to take off and soar. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, Lauri tells us: How she pushed past impostor syndrome and faked it ‘til she made it. What it’s like being in a business partnership with her life partner. How they managed to start a successful land flipping company mid-pandemic. The three biggest pieces of advice she would give women entrepreneurs. Lauri spent most of her life just being satisfied and never reached outside her comfort zone to chase her dreams. And, now, at a time in life when most people retire, Lauri is just getting started with no plans to stop. Find out more! How to Make Decisions Amidst Uncertainty
Navigating chaos and uncertainty is a big part of leadership—especially right now. This navigation requires a skill set that we should always be working to improve. A lot of people focus on the shiny pennies of new tactics, and they neglect the timeless business principles and skills you need to successfully maneuver through change. I’m part of a Mastermind group that I invest a lot of money in so I can always keep expanding possibilities and pushing boundaries of what’s possible. A friend in the group recently recommended a bestselling book called Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win. So many of the book’s principles can be applied to entrepreneurs and business owners as well. In combat, Navy SEALs often find themselves in situations of chaos and uncertainty. The author lays out a four-step process that I’ve found very valuable in my own life and business. I know you’ll find it helpful as well. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I’ll share: The 4-step process for navigating uncertainty and chaos How we turned a crappy situation into exponential growth this past year A peek at what’s ahead on the InFLOW podcast We’re 101 episodes in now, and the sky’s the limit! How to Become the Top 1% in Land Investing
I attended a Mastermind last week with an amazing group of female 7-figure business owners founded by my former mentor, Ali Brown. One of the advisors who presented at the event was Kara Goldin, the founder and CEO of Hint, the largest private beverage company in the U.S. I can’t stop thinking about some of the powerful things she shared, and I don’t want to keep them to myself. She talked about the things that separate us from the pack and elevate us to the top 1% in our industries. The first thing is an obsession with figuring things out. You might be trying something brand new, but you’re laser-focused on figuring out how it works, how to optimize it, how to make it BIG. You’re bringing something to the marketplace that you know helps other people reach their goals. How does that translate in the land space? Being obsessed with triple wins — a win for the seller, the buyer, and yourself. You bring integrity to every deal, humanize the relationships with your sellers and buyers, and go above and beyond to serve them and their needs. You don’t leave money on the table, but when it’s all said and done, you want all parties involved to feel like they’ve won. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I’ll share: Kara’s brilliant analogy of becoming time travelers What it means to hire only “grown-ups” as part of our team How to say “let’s go!” when your partner says “no” The direct correlation between risk and respect I’m excited for you to time travel with me today — to go into the future, grab onto a bold vision, bring it back to the present, and see it manifest in your current reality. The Layers of Leadership
If you’re reading this right now, you’re most likely a leader. Leaders have that incredible pioneering spirit of going first, right? Preparing the ground, opening up new ways for others to follow. I couldn’t be more excited about this new phase of leadership I’m in right now. As things grow and expand in amazing ways, I’ve carved out time to reflect back on the past 18 years of leading a company (alongside my husband, Jack). One thing that has stood out so clearly to me is how leadership is about building one layer after another. That very first, most important layer is YOU. Before you can lead anyone else, you have to lead yourself out of whatever limiting beliefs you have about who you are and who you’ve been. The actions you take, the decisions you make, will be based on the story you tell yourself and will affect the trajectory of your life. Once we get ourselves together, we move on to leading our families. What values and mission do you want to accomplish together, and how will you do it? The next natural progression is to lead a team. Then we move on to leading a community and then a movement. Jack and I are primed and ready right now to lead a movement. We’re already doing it. We’re here to be the number one incubator of land flipping businesses in the world. We’re building, nurturing, and cultivating that next generation of leaders. What an exciting time! In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I talk about: The 5 qualities every leader absolutely must have How to tell the difference between taking risks and being reckless How to find the balance between innovation and stability What sets leaders apart from everyone else The journey of a leader can be lonely at the beginning as you go against the grain and forge your own path. But you’re not alone. I’ve got some super encouraging words for you today. Find out more! A Mindset of Financial Abundance with Jonna Cohen
Jonna Cohen grew up as a child of hippies who taught her that money was a necessary evil. You kept what you needed and shared the rest. The giving part of that equation has played a huge role in Jonna’s life. But it took longer for her to expand her vision and see money as a powerful tool to create both personal success and opportunities for others. Part of her internal work has been allowing herself to feel deserving of the wealth that has come her way. She worked in education and with nonprofits for 20 years, with no experience in real estate before she discovered land flipping. She credits her dad with taking her along to a Land Profit Generator event, and the rest is history. Last year she closed 30 deals (almost $150k in profits) and is on track to 4x her income this year. All while outsourcing 85-90% of the work to others. She has big, exciting plans for her family in 2021 and beyond. For the first time in her life, she is completely debt-free. And she made more money during her first six months of hiring a coach than she’d made in her entire life. Her coach has taught her to see that there is financial abundance everywhere. When she went all-in with land flipping, she says it transformed everything, creating an opening in the universe for her to step through. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, Jonna shares: A time she decided to put on her big girl pants and be brave How she went from doing it all herself to the quantum leap of hiring help What she plans to do with her financial abundance this year Jonna says a whole new world lies in front of her now. She encourages other women to be curious, and keep going, even if they feel like giving up. “Something beautiful is coming!” Find out more! Expanding The Ring of Prosperity By Wholesaling Land
“What would you dare to dream if you weren’t scared?” One of my mentors asked me that question this week, and it hit me hard. I’ve been on this entrepreneurial journey with Jack in the real estate space, flipping land, for almost two decades now. We’ve been in the educational space for a few years as well. We’ve realized lately that we’ve been playing a small game with the educational side of our company, and it’s time to step it up. I’ve been down this road before though. I know what happens when we take something to a new level. We’re slammed with resistance and struggle. We find ourselves smack in the middle of a ring of fire. It requires an uncomfortable amount of grit and courage. It’s not human nature to welcome hardship and challenge and change. Our reptilian brains are wired to protect us, to keep us safe. To avoid discomfort and pain. But this time around, I’m going to embrace the struggle, the chaos, the fear. I’m going to be excited about it, grateful for it. I’m going to surrender to making mistakes, learning from them, and growing stronger in the process. The choice is mine, and I’m going to make it. I’m going to emerge from that fire a better version of myself than I’ve ever been. Join me? In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, I share vulnerably about: My struggles with guilt, criticism, and self-doubt. How the successes and failures of my team reflect back on me. What scares and exhilarates me most of all. How much bigger could you dream if you didn’t let fear get in the way? On the other side of that fire, a ring of prosperity awaits! Find out more! The Freedom of Choice with Jasmine Oliver
Jasmine Oliver loves being a public school teacher. She’s so grateful to be making an impact on children’s lives on a daily basis, and she’s amazing at what she does. But, as you can imagine, a teacher’s salary isn’t enough when you have a family to raise and great big goals for your life. Not too long ago, Jasmine started looking for a path to financial freedom, and she found it. She decided to get into real estate and began researching her heart out—watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading books. She discovered our Land Profit Generator community, bought our course, took a leap of faith, and netted $28k on her very first land deal. Since then she has done 33 land deals and brought in over $400k in cash profits. Without quitting her teaching job! She’s not ready to leave those precious kids she’s serving—at least not yet. But, because of her land flipping success, she now has the freedom to CHOOSE. Jasmine is what we call a silent hero—someone who buys our course, runs with it, and makes big things happen on her own. We don’t always get to hear about these heroes’ amazing successes unless they share them with us, so we’re so thrilled that Jasmine reached out to tell us her story. She is bringing value to so many, creating win-wins, and magnetizing people who want to work with her. She’s untouchable! In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, Jasmine shares: Her secret to making so much money so quickly by flipping land How she balances three kids, a husband, a teaching job, AND land flipping Her top three pieces of advice for women who want to follow in her footsteps It gives me tremendous joy and fulfillment to see an everyday woman and mom of three find such huge success with our program. Dreaming Bigger with Ellie Correa
Do you have a hard time DREAMING BIG? You’re not alone. Especially if you’ve struggled in life just to have enough. That was Ellie Correa’s story. Ellie is the daughter of immigrants and earned her first paycheck from harvesting crops at age 12. Supporting her mom and siblings at such a young age paved the way for the resilience and perseverance she’s known for today. Ellie worked as a paralegal for many years, then got her Florida real estate license. When clients started asking her to sell land for them, it hardly seemed worth the paltry commission. Then a friend told her about land flipping. She listened to a guy named Jack Bosch on a podcast, and was so impressed with the valuable information he was generously giving away for free. She looked up the Land Profit Generator community on Facebook, joined our coaching program, and the rest is history. In a few short months, she has become another LPG success story. She recently made $65K in just one month! Her land flipping business has truly become a family affair with her three daughters earning a living as apprentices under their CEO mom. When Ellie’s coach first asked her to share her dreams for the future, they were so small. After decades of struggling to make enough money, she couldn’t wrap her mind around dreaming big. In this episode of the InFLOW podcast, Ellie shares: How she finally overcame her scarcity mindset so she could dream big dreams. What it looks like to run a land flipping business where the whole family is involved. How her faith permeates every single thing she does in her business. Her three biggest pieces of advice for fellow female entrepreneurs. It didn’t take long for Ellie to achieve wild success and start reaching for the sky. Her story will inspire you to believe bigger and push the boundaries of what you thought was possible. Find out more!
