I Got Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder At 40 Years Old
At 40 years old, Malia FINALLY got the relief of a tangible diagnosis that she could begin to treat. Bipolar disorder like many other mental disorders, can be very misunderstood and stereotyped. I think we could all be a little more sensitive and gain a little more knowledge about what this disorder actually looks like and get to know the human beings behind the diagnosis. As you’ll hear, Bipolar Disorder might look a lot different from what you’ve seen in the media or in movies.
