HELLO FAM :) It has been a rocky road hasn't it? I have been on and off the air the past year more than I would care to admit haha! But, when all seems dark for me I always come back to my salvation which has always been breath and telling myself I can let go of all that weighs me down to realign with my purpose, come back stronger for the next level of my businesses and above all remind myself to be present and be grateful. I lost my balance and I got so overwhelmed with my very own expectations... can you imagine it! Finally becoming your own boss and treating everyone else like queens and treating yourself like shit! Doesn't add up sis... I had to have a self intervention and correct my bad self talk and behaviour. Self destructiveness is not the key nor the answer! You and I are so insanely valuable. Said friend would advise and help with any problems or questions which arises throughout their friendship.
