The Common Thread Unsuccessful Hunters Have

"Whether you think you can, or think you can't -- you're right!" - Henry Ford I've talked to many hunters over the years. I know I'm young but in my lifetime I've had a video blog for Outdoor Life Magazine and had my regional outdoors magazine. I don't consider myself an expert on this subject but oh wait... I do. This isn't some patty caked feel good about hunting podcast. This is a slap to your cerebral cortex that will hopefully make you more mentally prepared for this upcoming deer season. So what is the common that unsuccessful hunters have you ask? Well it comes in many shapes and forms oh wanderer of podcast title. Inevitably we will arrive at the one common core of the problem with an array of symptoms and or actions that point in this direction. The common thread is being negative. It's seeing a minefield before you walk up on a field of freakin daisies. Out of the gate you've lost and have created this force field that prevents big bucks crossing your path. I'm no mystical shaman or Tony Robbins but I can make you aware of this thought process if it should it creep into your cranium. I'll also give you some actionable practices you can put into your tool belt.
