Being human in your approach to marketing is important. People don’t want to feel like they’re being marketed to and they don’t want to feel like they’re just another marketing metric. When we humanise our marketing, people respond to it, people engage with it and people remember it. But what does human marketing look like? It’s all well and good us singing the praises of being more human in our approach to marketing - but what’s the framework, how is it different from the norm?
