The Secret to Life | Edinburgh Community Night | Kaye Taylor, Steph Wilson, & Barb Patterson
Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was something which explained everything? Something which is constant, which only works one way and will always work that way. Something we can rely on 100% of the time. Something that we don’t have to think about in order for it to work. It just works. Well there is. Come listen to Barb Patterson, Steph Wilson and Kaye Taylor share a simple yet often missed truth about where all of experience comes from 100% of the time.

Demystifying Performance | Adam Ashe | Live Webinar
There is no correlation between wanting to win and winning. Having a positive mindset as an influencing variable is a fallacy. And one that sets us up for self-judgement if we find ourselves in anything other than a clear state of mind before a big game, talk, meeting or any kind of performance. Listen to professional rugby player, Adam Ashe, share a very simple understanding of where state of mind, feelings, attitude and mood comes from 100% of the time; and why, when we insightfully see this fact, we are no longer concerned with how we feel because we see that in every moment we have the capacity for optimal performance.

From Outer Space to the Space Within | Live Webinar | Dr. Varsha Jain & Kaye Taylor
Have you ever noticed how sometimes life can be full of activities and ‘doings’ and yet there is a sense of calm inside? And other times you can be sitting doing nothing yet full of overwhelm imagining all sorts of scary futures? This points to a simple truth that our personal experience and life ‘happenings’ are not connected. It can sometimes appear as though there is a correlation between how we feel and what’s occurring around us but this is the illusion that leads us to believe that our well-being is dependent upon certain circumstances being met. It’s not. Dr. Varsha Jain, a Doctor in a London hospital; and NASA researcher into aspects of female astronaut health in relation to spaceflight, is a great example of someone who has a jam packed schedule but sees that if she experiences stress, the schedule isn't the cause. Our well-being, our psychological security, is a constant and always present - it’s just our experience sometimes leads us to believe it’s under threat. Together we explore how our personal experience and life ‘happenings’ are not connected. Enjoy this podcast with Dr. Varsha Jain & host Kaye Taylor

Wisdom of the Soul | Live Webinar with Dr. Rita Shuford, Steph Wilson & Kaye Taylor
By seeing beneath our made up images of who we think we are, seeing beyond the beliefs we've held as true, looking past the form of things to the formless energy behind life we start to see that there is an innate and constant inbuilt wisdom within us. This wisdom has no words, but holds the potential of everything including all words. It is what we can depend upon and it's to this that we can surrender our free will. When our will is in harmony with the wisdom of the soul, we experience the natural flow of life. It can initially appear as if we are giving up our personal desires and are uncertain what will happen if we don't have preferences to keep us moving forward. But in fact the opposite is true. Our greatest potential is revealed to us in the most gentle way and because we are no longer doing something 'for' something else, we experience presense, non-duality, no 'other' and the richness of being for no reason. Join us for this free webinar with Rita Shuford, who speaks so beautifully of the wisdom of the soul and who first met Sydney Banks in 1977.

Wiping the Slate Clean | Live Event with Colette Grant, Kaye Taylor & Steph Wilson
Often with the event of a ‘new year’ thoughts can turn to starting afresh and considering the changes we’d like to see in our lives - both in ourselves and our circumstances. Have you ever wondered why we want to make these changes? Ultimately it’s because we believe it will make us feel better. But… feelings don’t come from outside of us. They don’t come from weighing less, they don’t come from a new relationship and they don’t come from a change in job. Feelings come from one place, 100% of the time; Thought in the moment. It can really appear as though our thoughts are being triggered by what’s occurring on the so called outside, but there is no correlation. This is why something that we think should ‘make us happy’ often doesn’t and something that should ‘make us sad’ often doesn’t. There is no consistency because there is no link. Often when people see the truth behind how our experience is created, they notice that their lives ‘get better’. Phobias can disappear, relationships can improve, better circumstances appear out of nowhere. And then we talk about these outcomes as though they are the source of our happiness… but it’s the other way ‘round. It’s seeing where experience comes from that enables thought to fall away and for us to be in flow with the innate intelligence behind life. The truth is that every moment is fresh, comes with a clean slate and we only have the feeling of being weighed down when we are in the misunderstanding that it’s what we’re thinking ‘about’ (projecting thought ‘out there’) that is creating the feeling of heaviness. And we look outside ourselves to see how things could be ‘lighter’ - but there is nothing out there (thankfully) that has the power to do that. So whilst there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with considering what the future may hold, our wellbeing, our joy, our peace of mind won’t come from anything outside of ourselves. Our experience can only come via the Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought in each moment. This means that instead of living life for outcomes, we’re living at source, for the pure joy of being alive. Being for no reason. That’s freedom! Come join Steph, Kaye and Colette for this recording of their latest Edinburgh Community Night talk.

Great Expectations | Live Event with Steph Wilson & Kaye Taylor
We often feel disappointed when we fall short of an expectation we've set ourselves and it can feel like we've let ourselves or others down. The "good parent" expectation is a common one that we create in our heads and then watch as it shatters when we lose the plot with the kids....again! There are lots out there; "Good wife / husband / sister / business person / leader" - fill in the blank! The things is, expectations are just stories we've made up or a picture we've painted that don't actually hold any true meaning at all.....and yet we get caught up in feelings of failure, disappointment, overwhelm and feeling not good enough when we don't measure up to our story or picture. When we see that our experience is being created moment to moment via the power of Thought, we realise that there is no ‘out-there’ to live up to. Join us to hear more about the 'made up' nature of expectations and hear how when you have an understanding of where your experience is coming from, you’re free to live a lighter more enjoyable life and realise your human being’s potential.

On the Edge and Centered | Charles Kingsley & Anna Debenham, Steph & Kaye
Each time I listen to Anna & Charles I'm surprised & fascinated by the stories that haved filled their years together and taken them so close to the edge; from addiction and infidelity to failed IVF, not to mention being aired naked together on network news in the USA. But none of that is why I urge you to come and listen to them share on this free webinar about the nature of relationships. Rather it’s because of their deep respect for each other, how they've always found centre and most importantly their understanding of where their moment to moment experience is coming from via the inside out paradigm of the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought. Anna & Charles enjoy each other. They are friends. They don’t take life so seriously. How is this possible after everything they’ve ‘been through’? Why don’t they carry around resentment from the past? What is it that makes them realise the beauty of their time with each other right now. Their relationship wasn’t always easy and effortless - and they don’t pretend that life is a dream; they are honest about still getting lost in thought and temporarily getting caught up in the illusion that the other person is making them feel something - an ‘out there’ that looks real. find how their relationship went from being on the edge to finding center and living a life full of natural love and flow.

Expect Nothing, Gain Everything | Dr. Aaron Turner, Kaye Taylor & Steph Wilson
There's a fear that if we don’t have expectations of ourselves and our loved ones that nothing will happen and we’ll never realise our full potential. But that’s just a misunderstanding of where creativity and our experience of life comes from. As much as we believe we are in control, as life often shows us, we’re not. Everything is already okay | Steph Wilson & Kaye Taylor | Community Night
As human beings we are always doing the best we can with the understanding we have in each moment. Sometimes life feels effortless and we glide through with ease & grace and other times it feels like we’re fighting numerous obstacles and just struggling through it. When we take a moment to reflect, we often see that those times of ease and grace had just as much ‘stuff’ going on, but our experience of it was different. WHY? Join Kaye & Steph for our next Live Community Night Talk to learn more! Tuesday 18 October, 7.30pm at Conifox Stables BistroFree admission The Mind works only one way; inside out. And when we have a quiet mind we are in our natural ‘flow’. Common sense, or a gentle knowing prevails and we effortlessly move from one thing to another with no ‘thinking’. When our heads are full of looping and repetitive thoughts it muddies the lens through which we see life - and everything feels completely different. It may surprise you to hear that we don’t have to listen to those thoughts. There’s an infinite supply of fresh thought which pops in when we least expect it. Beyond our personal mind there is a deeper Mind which is your true north. Your inner voice; that just knows without knowing why. About Steph & KayeWe are Kaye Taylor & Steph Wilson; close friends, business partners & professionally trained Three Principles Practitioners. We have successfully run talks & seminars in different settings - in business, prison & community. We share with anyone who is curious to see for themselves, through the power of insight, how life can be lived from a place of synchronicity, ease & understanding.

Who sets the pace of life? | Jacqueline Hollows, Kaye Taylor & Steph Wilson
It can often feel like life is too fast-paced. Especially when you're trying to juggle a lot of balls. It appears there is so much to do in so little time and that's without catching up on Facebook or reading news-feeds. Enjoy watching the recording of this live webinar with guest speaker, Jacqueline Hollows, where she shows how we set the pace, the pace doesn't set us! Jacqueline will share how once we see where our experience comes from we're able to play with the pace of life - and speed up or slow down when we want - and sometimes even stop for a while! Where do feelings of overwhelm come from? The common assumption is that these feelings of overwhelm, which can feel suffocating at times, come from external circumstances, a busy diary or a fast pace of life. Even in overwhelm, Jacqueline has a deeper knowing of where her experience is coming from. And whilst she is tempted to change things in her diary to help her feel better, she knows this is misguided - and that her innate wisdom, once she stops paying attention to her overwhelmed thinking will guide her and bring her back home to peace and wellbeing. I have been very inspired by Jacqueline who without question has followed her inner wisdom and found herself in some surprising situations which have impacted people beyond belief. About Jacqueline: A professionally trained Three Principles Practitioner and Founder of Beyond Recovery, a social enterprise which is having a huge ripple effect in the field of addiction, criminal behaviour and rehabilitation, Jacqueline devotes her time to sharing the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought with a natural simplicity and flow and is committed to removing the stigma associated with addiction and criminal behaviour, seeing beyond the actions to the well-being within us all. http://www.beyond-recovery.co.uk/

Stop trying to figure it out | Steph Wilson & Kaye Taylor | Community Night
What happens when we stop trying to figure 'it' out? Whether 'it' be a person, a circumstance or a problem... The mind works only one way - inside out. There is no outside in. In other words it's impossible for other people and circumstances to make us feel a certain way no matter how much it appears that way. The illusion is that there is something other than thought making us feel something. Only thought creates feeling. When we hold certain thoughts to be true about ourselves; fixed ideas about who we are, how things should be and what should happen in the so called future - not only do we limit our human potential, we loose touch with the natural flow of life and the richness of each moment. Often we 'try' to figure stuff out by going to the very place that is causing the unpleasant feelings - our personal thinking. So what happens when we stop using personal thinking to figure stuff (thought that we're holding as true) out? Listen to the recording of this Edinburgh community night with Steph Wilson & Kaye Taylor, pointing you back to your true nature. The place within that already knows that you're okay. The place of inbuilt wisdom and pre-existing intelligence where an infinite well of fresh thought originates in the form of new ideas. This is the space where problems cease to exist. Because we fall out of the illusion and wake up to our natural state of well-being, peace and understanding.

Being in flow with what is | Mary Schiller, Kaye & Steph
Mary Schiller is inspiring. She's not just inspiring because of her story but because she sees that people are not broken. Having had an awakening experience a couple of years ago which transformed her life beyond recognition, Mary now devotes her time to be being a bright spark that ignites the light in others. Mary has a way of speaking practically yet pointing us to the formless nature of Mind and has grounding in the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought. Together we'll explore how when we're focussing on what's not - we get lost in thought and live in a world of lack, versus when we pay more attention to who we really are beneath our personal thinking, we become part of the natural unfolding of life and from there the most unexpected and magical creations come out of the formless into form. As well as being the the author of The Joy Formula & Mind Yoga, Mary has a coaching practice called The Daily Principles and facilitates the Mind Yoga Spa Facebook group which helps people live simpler, stress-free lives. Mary will be joined by Steph Wilson and Kaye Taylor, co-founders of humanbeing.tv and who are both professionally trained Three Principles practitioners, having graduated from the One Thought Institute in January this year.
