My shirt had a crown on it and the imprint started to crack. I started thinking about the cracks in our own crowns and how a positive mindset can help.

Your light is going to aggravate a lot of unhealed people.  Glow Anyway and wear your crown! When it comes to self-love, the struggle is real sometimes.  I often have felt I am too much, too loud, too bold for others. However, isn't the light within us made to shine?   And, what about the people (or our own minds) that are making us feel we are too whatever? Listen to my podcast as I share some of my experiences. Have you ever wondered why God may wreck your plans?   Because He sees more than we do, He may know that your plans are about to wreck you and instead saves you from that.  I think of a mom - those moments when our kids are little, we race before them to shield them from running into a street, we secure them in protective wear to bike or play sports. We feel the urge to protect them.  As moms, we can explain to our children why we do what we do and talk about safety.  But, when we are headed down a path, God may have to just change our direction or plans so we are protected. When you get a negative review or comment, how do you handle it? Some ways I have learned to cope.

We don't always see what is ahead of us and when we are climbing a mountain or having a difficult day, we have to remember to still sparkle and wear your crown now.

When it is dark, it is sometimes hard to find the light.

My gut reaction when someone hurts me is often self doubt or anger. Yet what if we can pivot and go with love?

Never walk alone.

Do you feel like you are in the bench while others are being called to more? Get ready. Keep practicing.

I am a mess and I know that is ok.

Find God in the little things in life.

Fear is an emotion, bravery is the action.

Having the right mindset can drastically change your projection in life and business.
