Guaranteed Results
If you believed the results you wanted with food and body were guaranteed, how would you show up differently? When you don’t believe this, you will only ever create surface-level results. You will have one foot in the door and one foot out. You won’t be all in.  Changing your eating habits won’t be a priority. You will be interested in the results you want, rather than committed to them. All because you’re not convinced that they are 100% guaranteed for you — right now. Not Enoughness
As women, it’s common for us to believe “I am not enough as I am right now”. Because of this, we will constantly hustle and give more of ourselves to achieve the enoughness and fulfillment we desire. This is especially the case with food and body. We will hustle through restrictive food plans so we’re eating healthy enough. We will hustle through strict weight loss regimens so our body is enough. We’re always chasing the feeling of enoughness at the expense of our emotional health and needs. This isn’t the way to create sustainable results with food or body. Tactical Compassion

Action-Based Healthy Eating
You may wonder: What will it actually take to solve for your food struggles permanently? With my clients, they don’t struggle to eat healthy because of the food actions they’re taking. That is the symptom of a deeper cause. Their food struggles has to do with what’s leading them to take those actions in the first place. When you believe food is the problem, you will reach for action-based methods to eat healthy. These are the diet protocols and meal plans. You will attempt to micromanage healthy eating actions into place. If you’ve attempted these action-based solutions and it hasn’t worked long-term, your work is deeper. You will need to focus on the cause of your eating habits to solve for your food struggles. This is what I teach my clients in my coaching practice. From Student To Expert
To become a naturally healthy eater, you will need to shift from student to expert energy. Student energy is depending on someone (or something) outside of yourself. Expert energy is knowing you have everything you need within yourself. In my practice, my clients learn how to move into expert energy to create permanent control with food. When they do so, they’re no longer waiting for someone to save them from their food struggles. There’s no more hand-holding. They learn to show up, take action, learn from their setbacks, and move forward. Dismissing The Work
Believe prioritizing healthy eating will take away from other things that are important to you? Fear Of Not Getting The Result

Weight Loss Entitlement
Feeling entitled to fast weight loss prevents you from making the long-term changes that you want. Weight loss entitlement means you’ll rely on quick-fix methods of eating to lose the weight as quickly as possible. The truth is, short-term methods with food will always produce short-term results with body. It will not last. Because you didn’t go through the process of becoming someone different as an eater. Control With Food
Control with food isn’t created from forcing it into place. It isn’t created from putting in more time and effort with your eating habits.
