The Center for Healthy Aging helps community-based organizations develop and implement proven programs that promote healthy living in older adults. Kristie has presented at numerous state and national conferences on evidence-based programs for health aging and we are going to talk about these programs and how they can help people with chronic conditions. She has a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and her Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge.
