Shana tatum https://www.shanatatumrd.com713.868.4372hello@shanatatumrd.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shanatatumrd/ Wellness Collaborativehttps://wellness-collaborative.comA 104 W. 12th Street, Suite BHouston, TX 77008Carrot Slaw Recipe Serves 4 as a side dish, 2 as a main dish 1 cup grated carrot2 cups grated cabbage (red, for more antioxidant power!)1/3 cup full fat coconut milk1 tablespoon raw honey2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon olive oil1/4 teaspoon poppy seedsA pinch of salt and pepper, to taste1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional for some spice) Directions Grate 1 cup carrot.Slice cabbage thinly for 2 cups and combine in a large bowl with carrots. In a smaller mixing bowl, mix coconut milk, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, poppy seeds, salt and pepper to test and add Sriracha if using. Add dressing to slaw mix and toss well. Serve as a side salad to BBQ pulled pork, as a filling for fish tacos, or as a main salad topped with pistachios. Store in a glass container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
