What does it mean to sin? On the surface, this question seems quite elementary. Sin is a concept understood by most believers as an act that God doesn’t want us to do; something that if we do, and if we confess and repent, the blood of Jesus covers it so that we will not be sent to hell. But what exactly is sin? Are there some things that we do that God doesn’t like but wouldn’t, by themselves, send us to hell if not for the blood of Jesus?
