So I buy some purple bottle of baby wash and am determined to have my daughter smell as scrumptious as the other lavender baby. When's the last time you went to a job interview? When you get hired for a job there are a LOT of expectations spelled out clearly to help you and the potential employer decide if you'd be a good fit to work together. If they decide you would be a good fit for the job, they tell you what they'll pay you or what you'll GET  in return for meeting their needs. It's all spelled out pretty clearly.
