Mindful Movement and Wellness; Why is Mindful Movement Important
Do you ever feel like you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life, but don’t know where to start?  I’d like to introduce you to the mindful shower. A mindful shower is about taking time for yourself and connecting with your body and your breath. Instead of rushing through it, take your time and explore the different sensations of the experience.
