#11: Calming the Chaos w/Meditation

For years, Danielle has been living in a state of chaos - just one more to-do from sinking as she was treading water.

For many years, she has juggled being a working mom with a schedule that keeps her awake from 2 a.m. - 9 p.m. Throughout the day she hasn't had a time to stop and breathe.

She race to work where she would face deadline after deadline. Then she'd head home to face a never-ending list of responsibilities.

It felt chaotic - until Danielle discovered meditation. Danielle believes mediation is for ANYONE. You don't need to prescribe to a specific religion, be spiritual or any other thing you think it requires. You just need to be a human being in need of mental break.
