LIVE CHAT... on Recovery
As part of our weekly live chat series, I put up a prompt about recovery methods and was surprised by some of the responses that we got. After this week’s episode with Sven Manseau, I took some time to chat with the audience and read some of the best responses that we got. Be sure to keep a look out on our social media as each week we’ll ask a question and then respond to some of the prompts on the show. ALSO: Apologies on the slight dip in the audio quality after the intro. One of the audio settings changed mid-stream and I did a pass at fixing the audio to be clearer. Next time we’ll make sure to make the proper adjustments! Thanks for understanding!

GRAPPLING HOUR with Sven Manseau
It's #StrengthMobility week here on the show. Today we air an interview that I did with co-owner Sven Manseau all the way back in January of 2020. A simpler time some might say. It's all a part of our Strength Mobility appreciation week here on the show. Because this Saturday, we will have our #UFC270 FIGHT COMPANION airing live from there. So make plans to watch the action along with us. But sit back and get to know why I think Sven has some of the best grappling and kickboxing the valley has to offer.
