Joker
Brian and David Review The Joker   This week on grab your popcorn, Brain and David review one of the most talked-about comic book based movies to date. With 2 academy awards under its belt, it is very little surprise that this movie did as well as it did. The movie is an origin story about how one certain individual starts his hard journey into becoming one of the most famous villians we know to date, The Joker. The movie follows Arthur Fleck, played by Joaquin Phoenix. Arther suffers from mental illnesses and works as a clown who lives with his mother. The film follows the series of unfortunate events that slowly pushes Arther down his inevitable path while also hitting on topics of mental illness throughout. This powerhouse performance is nothing short of incredible. We hit on all of these notes and many more in this episode. Remember kids, that's life and don't forget to grab your popcorn!
