TGN EP.28 | Double Down
As we have spoken about often on The Greater Good- achievement does not come easily. After listening, and listening to former US Navy SEAL David Goggins talk on the Joe Rogan Podcast about the idea of "doubling down on your weaknesses" I have been inspired to do so myself. And I did it just as Goggins did- by running. I have taken the thing I am worst at physically and made it the focus of my training program. You can not grow, you can not improve if you are not willing to expose yourself to what is hard. -GET AFTER IT- www.TGNpodcast.com http://podcasts.joerogan.net/podcasts/david-goggins Music provided by www.bensound.com
