Malcom & Marie: Our Movie Talks Review
With our first ever "Pop Cast" review, we decided to review Netflix's new movie Malcom & Marie, starring John David Washington and Zendaya. Is this movie about love? Is it about heart break? We focus on the subject and the overall feel of how it was for us while watching. We had our cringe worthy moments though. Remove the thought about a young woman and an older man, and focus on their work. You will be pleasantly surprised. We give this movie 4.5 Chat Bubbles.www.goodtalksnyc.com@goodtalks_nyc

HARRY STYLES VOGUE COVER: What Makes a Man?
This is one of those questions that certainly has a lot of buzz around it. Something that's asked in every generation, it seems. We go deep into this question since we've heard a lot of backlash about Harry Styles gracing the cover of Vogue, in the recent issue. It definitely sent shock waves all over the world, with Conservatives nipping at the dress. Where do you stand on this cover? What do you think of Styles rockin’ the dress for Vogue. He is the 1st man to grace the cover solo. Is this something magical, or a let down? Let us know. We’d like to get your feed back.

Is there such thing as a friendly debate? Do you ever feel like the person you are debating with is not worth your time? With the upcoming election just weeks away, it’s easy to get into heated discussions about what you feel is important. Gone are the days where statistics were valid. Now it’s what ever you see from social media and one news source. We’d like to hear from you. Let us know how it is for you when you debate a family member or a friend. These past 2 debates with Trump/Biden & Pence/Harris were just crazy. We all have those friends, colleagues and family members who try and sway you with foolish memes/posts they find out in internet land without knowing if it's true. When you're going to debate, get every fact you can before trying to sway people. Unfortunately this seems to be the new norm these days.

Trump's Crazy Week: Taxes, Postive Test for Covid & Division of Country
We discussed events/stories that happened this past week. It has been an interesting time this week with the Presidential Debate, news about Trump’s taxes & testing positive for Covid 19. We’ve heard/seen so many stories and opinions about these events that we feel it’s imperative to have this discussion. Is Trump responsible for all the good in the country? If so, why should he NOT be responsible for all of the bad? We dive into statistical proof that shows it's not really the President who does all the work with our laws. One would say the President should be the representative of our country. Whether you’re a Democrat, Republican, independent or undecided, we would like to hear your thoughts. CORONA VIRUS: IS THERE MORE THAN WE KNOW?
We're about a week and a half short with this episode, and many things are flying through media. What do we know when it comes to this virus? Is there important information that we're not getting? Is this the start of a "Walking Dead" life? One would say this is nothing. We get Flu's all the time, and it kills so many people. Well then, why is this virus killing people faster? We discuss stats from a few sources that add up. We go over some conspiracies. We even found a book published in 1981 that mentions a virus coming out of Wuhan. I know, right??!!! Love is Blind: The Review of Netflix's show on Love
Is love blind? What defines love? Can we, as individuals with so many options, find love without sight? We review/tackle this new show called "Love is Blind". They feature 15 men and 15 women who date one another in a pod. This pod separates the two with a wall and glass panel where they have no idea what the other person looks like. Their objective is to find the person of their dreams and marry one another at the end of the season, which is around 30 days. Could you fall in love with someone who you have never seen before? Could you fall for someone in such a short time and marry them? We discuss the contestants who made the connection and whether or not they may make it or not. SPOILER ALERT: If you haven't seen the show yet, GO WATCH IT!!! We may give you too much information. Register on our website to be alerted for new episodes.
