Duncan McCarthy, is a golf performance coach who has a passion for helping people reach their desired level in golf. Duncan is someone who has experience teaching many high achieving individuals. Especially professional golfers. Duncan works in the areas of golf: strength & conditiong, mental focus and player management. I had a very interesting conversation in this interview with Duncan. We talked about what it takes to become a high achiever, and the realties of what kind of person will actually become successful. I am absolutely 100 % behind becoming the ultimate version of myself. I would like to become the best golfer and motivated individual I can. What I learnt from Duncan is that you need to treat your time and golf, like you would treat a business. I really think those 1%'s of hard work really add up when you focus on the big picture. Just listening to Duncan is very interesting and insightful. He has very authentic and valuable information and opinions. I guess amassed from working with individuals who are at the top of their game. It was a pleasure to talk to someone who shares the idea that the pursuit of true quality is about keeping the big picture in mind, and a great teacher about one's self.

Chris Hanson Challenge Tour and Jamega Tour Golfer | Episode 17
What's up guys! I hope your golf is progressing and you're breaking through the comfort zones daily while staying patient with your golf progression. Today we have an interview with Chris Hanson, a tour player on the Challenge Tour and Jamega Tour. Chris graduated form the Euro Pro Tour last year. One reason why this is such a good interview is because Chris really lays out what it takes to become an elite level golfer. Also, Chris explains the reality of life on tour and what the sacrifices of playing golf on our really are. I think this information is really important because you only live once and you need to know what you are getting yourself into. Chris goes over the things he has learnt about his own game, himself as a golfer and the path of becoming a better golfer. I think all amateurs can learn from Chris's experiences. Notably, Chris talks about the patience he had to maintain to work his way through 5 years of Euro Pro Tour Golf. This obviously stems from a very strong belief in himself and his abilities. Not many golfers ever get to that point...dropping out and choosing a different career path, respectably.
