National Drive electric week is coming to Oklahoma City in the heart of oil  country just down the street from Continental resources and Devon Energy and other big oil companies. He recently served as a lead policy analyst for the Minnesota Solar Challenge program, and as principal author of Market Transformation Pathways for Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar PV in Minnesota, an in-depth analysis of Minnesota’s solar market barriers and potential policy solutions. Formerly, Ross worked as an attorney specializing in intellectual property and sustainability law and as a business process consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from Texas A&M University in College Station.
