Hey guys! Welcome to 2021 with Girl! Talk Truth! This episode will help you discover why the title of this podcast is GIRL! Talk TRUTH! I'n this episode I have begun peeling back the layers of my life story starting with the beginning and the start of inhabiting abandoment/neglect issues, that has caused many other issues in my adult life. Yes I am still in my healing process, No I am not perfect, Yes I have had my battle with addiction, No I have never told anyone these things you will hear in this episode! Lets talk about how my discovery of abandonment issues helped me change my life around. This is a start to the discovery of how I ended up in so many crazy situations growing up and how I am overcoming and unlearning toxic thoughts and toxic behaviors.

We all feel things, we all go through things, but do we all live freely in our feelings ?? We live in a world where we're made fun off for showing feelings about certain things, but why are we letting people and stupid shit stop our feelings ?

Life will continue to whoop that A** with the same lesson until you get it! Sometimes that means dealing with people from your past!Yes I'm getting into my feelings...

Take a look around you... are you sure nobody is fucking with your mind ? Cause I didn't know for years that I was being mind fucked until I WOKE UP and freed myself. I'll tell my truth.
