Prior to Covid-19, I never took the time to really look at things. I mean REALLY look at things… everything seemed so important. But was it really? In the beginning, it was a welcome change to all the "busy-ness," but slowly I found myself spiraling and feeling ungrounded. I had to find a new routine, and I did through a simple system.
