Join us in a potentially life-changing hour, when we speak with Robert Grillo, founder of Free from Harm, a non profit charitable organization promoting farmed animal rescue, education and advocacy. Robert is passionate about vegan advocacy and will speak with us about his book, Farm to Fable, which seeks to answer in two ways: by asserting that our beliefs about eating animals remain largely un-examined and therefore unchallenged, and by demonstrating how the fictions of popular culture continually reinforce these beliefs and behaviors. Farm to Fable deconstructs these fictions for those who truly want to know not only where our food comes from, but also why we make the choices that we do. Join us for this amazing show about what is real...and what we thought was real...but isn't!

Chris Kendall of The Raw Advantage
Join me for an informative and lively hour with Chris Kendall of The Raw Advantage. Chris is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, lifelong athlete, and 100% Raw Food Lifestyle Coach / Mentor. Since the age of 5 he has pushed himself athletically as a skateboarder and is currently competitive raw vegan athlete / amateur skateboarder. Taking part in a period of poor lifestyle and food choices in his mid to late teens led to early injury, poor recovery, with a predictable decline in vitality and vigor. It was these experiences that spawned a early interest in nutrition and its connection to fitness by the age of 18. During his schooling in 2003/2004 to become a RHN, Chris met long term raw foodists Dr Douglas Graham at a Vegan health festival and went 100% raw over night, his whole life and perspective changed from that point on.

Conversation with Glenn Livingston
Join me for an informative hour with Glenn Livingston, Ph.D., and author of 'Never Binge Again'. Glenn is a veteran psychologist and was the long time CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm which has serviced several Fortune 500 clients in the food industry. You may have seen his (or his company's) previous work, theories, and research in major periodicals like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Sun Times, The Indiana Star Ledger, The NY Daily News, American Demographics, or any of the other major media outlets you see on this page. You may also have heard him on ABC, WGN, and/or CBS radio, or UPN TV. Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food.
