EP2008 - What is the real definition of a Short Sale
Like many other great entrepreneurs, David's journey begins with a leap of faith. At age 42, David left a lucrative corporate position after getting a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MA in Computer Science to assist in homeschooling his children through high school. But once they received full scholarships to attend college, David pondered what came next. After attending a three-day real estate conference out of the blue with his wife, David's life was forever transformed; he was hooked. Real possibilities changed his perspective on his financial situation, and he fell in love with real estate.
