34 minutes | Jun 1, 2015
13: Amber Marlow
My pal Amber Marlow came to visit back in April to talk about photography, creativity, Periscope, and the worst URLs ever. Plus: Rocky protects us from the Illuminati blimp.
31 minutes | Apr 6, 2015
12: Under Armour City, Maryland
My good pal Josh and I play video games online every Wednesday night. On March 25, I recorded part of it for a segment, but it turned into an entire episode. Enjoy! Subscribe to the show with iTunes, Stitcher, or RSS.
24 minutes | Apr 4, 2015
11: Game of Buffy
I performed and recorded a version of the Game of Thrones theme in the style of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and people seem to like it. I also talk about The Burden, the first episode of which will be out soon! I also wax nostalgic about the Tascam Portastudio 424 and talk about my creative process. As always, be sure to subscribe to the show with iTunes, Stitcher, or RSS.

10: The Super-Secret Project
So much great stuff to talk about in this episode! I had a birthday on March 6, and Sophia and I went to Hoodslam, which was fucking fantastic. If you ever have the opportunity to experience Arnocorps live, do it. Your life will be better for it. Also, I reveal the super-secret project, an episodic fiction podcast series called The Burden! What's it about? You'll have to listen when I post the first episode Wednesday! Maybe you'll like it. Maybe you won't. I don't know. It's something I'd listen to, and I imagine other people would, too. Plus: Listener audio note things!

9: Sarah Bland
This week, my good friend Sarah Bland joins me for an hour of hilarious conversation! We talk about all sorts of great stuff. Just listen. She's the first of many great friends I want to have on the show in the future. Stay tuned!

8: It Was a Long Week
This week I felt all the feels. Joy. Lonliness. Loss. Hunger. Sleepiness. Creative energy. Excitement and disappointment in the WWE Fastlane pay-per-view. Some serious stuff went down this week, and so did some silly stuff. I try to recap it all while I sip tea like a man. Also, I dip into my hard drives and find some songs I wrote. They've just been sitting there for years, unheard, unused, unloved, some for almost a decade. I air one of them out this week. It's called "Satellites" and I really like it. Maybe you will too. It's also on SoundCloud if that's your thing. Anyway, I hope you had a good week. I'm trying to get back on track with my writing this week, and I'm very happy that Sophia comes home Saturday. As always, the show's on iTunes, so go subscribe so you don't miss a beat. Big stuff coming in the next couple weeks. You won't want to miss it.

7: Deborah and Harry St. Ours
My parents came to visit me in San Francisco this weekend. I get to keep my mom in town for a few more days, but my dad had to fly back today. He FaceTimed us to let us know he'd made it home safely. That's where this episode starts. Don't forget to subscribe to the show on iTunes, Stitcher, or wherever you get your podcasts.
21 minutes | Feb 9, 2015
6: Dog Treat-Stealing Mayonnaise Monster
Sophia's out of town and I've turned into a disgusting monster without her. My parents are coming to visit this week. And the super-secret project isn't ready yet. Also, I wrote an amazing rap on Snapchat that I attempt to perform a second time for you. Subscribe to the show on iTunes or on Stitcher!
22 minutes | Feb 2, 2015
5: Still Figuring it Out
While the rest of the world watches the Super Bowl, I turn on a mic and talk to Rocky and Willow about my creative struggles, the awesome Rob Paulsen workshop I attended, and the Super Secret Project that I really hope won't be a secret for too much longer. Don't forget to subscribe with iTunes or the RSS feed!
50 minutes | Jan 26, 2015
4: Sophia Dengo
This week, I'm joined by my talented girlfriend, Sophia Dengo. In addition to being a Code for America fellow (Tim O'Reilly tweeted about her this morning!), she's co-host of the KAL Gals Knitcast and makes amazing hand-crafted jewelry. So we talk about those things and also about pro wrestling. Also, Gavin FM is now in the iTunes Podcast Directory, so it's super-easy to subscribe. Or, you can search for "Gavin FM" in your favorite podcast app and it should show up there. Otherwise, you can always point it to the RSS feed.
22 minutes | Jan 22, 2015
3: The Neighbor We Lost
This isn't a typical episode. There was a tragedy in my apartment building this week. A neighbor committed suicide by jumping from his or her apartment balcony. I don't know who the person was, but I've thought a lot about them this week, and I needed to think some of these things through out loud. It's been a weird week in our building. This isn't a funny episode, just me on the microphone for a few minutes to try to work some things out. I promise that I'll return with something more uplifting for episode four.
33 minutes | Jan 19, 2015
2: Playing All the Hits
In this episode, I do a classic rock DJ voice, talk about SF Sketchfest and the voice acting workship I'll be doing with legend Rob Paulsen, and then I make gross food noises into a microphone in reply to some listener feedback. Subscribe to the RSS feed with your favorite podcast app.
29 minutes | Jan 13, 2015
1: I'm Podcasting Again
I’m podcasting again! In this episode, I introduce myself, tell the story of how I humiliated myself at Saturday Write Fever over the weekend, and solicit audio feedback from listeners. Cameo appearance by Rocky, Willow, and Sophia (in that order).
