A Simple Seated Meditation
This meditation is designed to be used at any point in your day! It can be a good reset button in the middle of your day if it’s been a crazy one as well as a good bookmark for the mind for beginning and end of day. In this episode, the three alignment principles for seated meditation are addressed as well as a healthy mindset coming into a beginning seated meditation practice. The key to remember is that this is all about finding ease- if you find yourself stressed about “attaining peace” then that’s just plain funny, right?
