The Power of Words
With every word we utter, we begin a vibration that will return to us. Giving awareness to the essence of the words we say seems to add value to our conversations. And lets face it, we are evolving and our language is too. We are apparently in control of this evolution, so I wanted to open up my understanding on this. Finally back in Colorado, our cohost, Ahva Lenay offered up her home for us to have a beautiful tea ceremony, served by Kursten Brewer. Our dear friends at the Shakti Yogi Journal (Sharesten, Kristina and Moriah) joined us along with a personal friend, Cory Simmons. We had a blast during this conversation. I look forward to getting this group back together for sure. Shakti Yogi Journal Website

Movement as a Prayer
In my Aquarian shift from the mind to the heart, I have stumbled on wisdom that the medicines of silence, breath and movement are the catalysts. After a few solid years of effective meditation for silence, and breath work classes, I decided I needed to begin a practice of movement. Instead of reaching out to the plethora of yogis in my circle, I thought it would be interesting to get this medicine wisdom from the magicalElana Meta. We sat down to open up this idea in Big Sur, California at the amazing Esalan Institute overlooking the cliffs.Wisdom from this show taught me that my actions are the manifestations of my prayer. My love to you Meta, your are a change agent for sure. Aho Sister! Elana Metas Website

The Medicine in Behavior (Lucidity 2015)
I have recently become aware of the impact we all have on each other with the simple essence of our being. The world would possibly be well served to understand the essence in our being as others receive it. Wether you are a beautiful young girl who blesses all those you see, or the angry violent man who walks around in frustration, we all feel their energies. I sat down in the Hare Krishna dome at Lucidity Festival in Santa Ynez, California to discuss this subject a little deeper. I was joined by Jasmine Fuego and Tony Tone to open up our ideas on this subject. I received a lot of medicine by understanding that is my internal personal work that creates medicinal essence. Take a listen and see what you get out of it.

Yogic Alternatives to Plant Medicines
I spend a lot of time in conversations about awakening. Its like clockwork that someone will bring up the spiritual practice of using plant medicines to catalyze awakened states of being. It has been a wonder of mine if there were any practices that I could learn to reach transcendent states of consciousness without the use of these plant medicines. We brought in Daniel Donovan (our newest cohost) and his partner Melanie Leithauser, who both teach transformational breath work, to help us learn some ways of the yogi. Steven Bowen, a personal friend, also joined our conversation and shared some great insights before he begins his shamanic journey into the jungle. This was a very interesting show. I hope you enjoy it.

Ritual & Ceremony
I have noticed people are scrambling to bring ceremony and rituals into their lives at a pace I’m not been used to. It may be my GPS (Colorado) but I want to observe this trend and possibly shine a little light on what is causing this and what it is doing to those who are participating. Abundantly blessed with a tribe able to convey the essence of this subject, I reached out to a personal friend,Ahva Lenay, the midwife ofRythmn Sanctuary, and ceremony director ofArise Music Festival. Soaked in ritual, Ahva brings an experience with ritual, so potent with medicine, this conversation shouldn’t exist without her. Also, Life Coach, friend and fellow traveler,Paul Cooperjoined us to offer his perspective on core elements that cause ritual expression. We decided to record this show in my personal meditation room atSunrise Ranch Spiritual Retreat Center, the home of Gaian Radio, to evoke a certain space for this talk. It worked out very well, and I think we all enjoyed this discussion very much.

Man vs. Technology
In the present day we are face with some approaching concerns with the increasing capacity of technology and the shrinking gap between our sentience and theirs. We now have breaches in privacy on trade for the promise of instant access to the whole of the human knowledge base, personal upgrade abilities and a long lifespan.I was privileged to have access to Michael Garfield, a brilliant mind to join our discussion, and bring some awareness to the implications and current happenings within this vast area of study. As an evolutionary biologist and a developmental psychologist, Michael Garfield has earned our attention, and frankly blew our minds with some of the ideas he offered us all.As always, we were happy to be joined by a regular guest of ours, Daniel Donovan the Techno Shaman, who offers a welcoming shamanic perspective on common subject and honestly, I feel that someone who sources wisdom from this angle should always be around.Michael Garfield has offered to continue this conversation with any of our listeners, as we only scratched the surface of this subject. You can connect with him by visiting his website at: MichaelGarfield.net

Can Religions Come Together?
As a seeker I have found a common thread in divinity teachings from Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, to even include some Indigenous tribes in the jungles. I have focused our attention during this episode on Love, since its seemingly the one echo in the halls of all wisdom traditions. What I do not understand in my discovery is why these teachings of love are not producing the love that it prescribes. We have muslims and jews fighting, Christians judging them both, hindus pretending they don’t exist (kidding) and yet Love is their Mantra. I decided to bring in an old friend of mine, Chris Bradford, a Southern Texas Pastor at The Pathway Church, and a fellow seeker and shaman, Daniel Donovan, better know by moniker Techno Shaman, to offer an educated perspective on the subject of God, Religion, and coming together for our greater good. A vision that has greatly effected the path of my life was shared during this show for some feedback that I rather enjoyed. I hope you enjoy this show as much as I did.

Personal Development vs. Narcissism
In the world of personal development, one is taught to find meaning and wholeness from within ones own self. Self focus, self love... Is this an excuse for extreme narcissism? Join us with our special guest Michael Costello from Sunrise Ranch, as we dig into this subject.
