S2E3 - Kaeden Jenkin
Kaedan is an inspiring young person who openly identifies as Non-binary, after years of self discovery. Kaedan grew up in a typical Aussie household, born in Queensland and grew up in a family of four siblings. Kaedan refers to being a typical tom boy growing up. They loved playing basketball, racing bikes and knocking around with their brothers and sister. Sadly, life would throw far too many challenges including; physical abuse, suicide, childhood trauma, sexuality, mental illness and a near death car accident. Incredibly after all that, Kaedan transformed physically and mentally which has now allowed them to openly identify as non-binary in a small community.

https://www.facebook.com/fyiallthingsmentalwellness Eugene Pizzolato is the Author of the Award Winning Book, The 10 Elements of Transformational Healing. Eugene's childhood was one of hopelessness & loneliness with authorities ignoring red flags that should never have been overlooked. His mother was a paranoid schizophrenic and his father a violent abusive alcoholic, neither could meet his emotional needs, they were not capable to provide for Eugene's development as needed, and he subsequently experienced 13 traumatic experiences by the time he was 16 years old. Eugene was responsible for looking after his mum between the ages of 4 and 16 missing around 50% of his schooling never having one friend in that time. Ep. 17: Dianne Ross
https://www.facebook.com/fyiallthingsmentalwellness Dianne Ross is an amazing woman who truly grabs life by the horns. She is passionate about hiking and cross-fit and loves keeping fit and healthy. In February 2019 (in her early 40’s) she was formally diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, a disease that generally effects older people.   Dianne started noticing things weren’t quite right some time before her diagnosis and looking back she believes there were signs of her condition some 5 years prior to the diagnoses being confirmed. A fit and health woman in her 40’s, she began feeling lack of strength on her right side, especially during weight training. When her finger developed a tremor she suspected something was definitely wrong. Instead of slowing down and asking why me? Dianne did quite the opposite: she continued with her health lifestyle, the same month she was diagnosed she hiked the Overland track in Tasmania and later that year went onto hike Mount Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco and 3 Capes, Tasmania. She is an absolute legend of a woman, who radiates love and happiness.  .... Ep. 16: Nadia Dinneen
https://www.facebook.com/fyiallthingsmentalwellness This weeks guest is me Nadia Dinneen. I'm a mother, wife, and a passionate advocate of Mental Wellness. My passion came about unfortunately through my own personal struggles and I guess I always knew that when I could I would love to help others in any way I could. The hardest thing for me was understanding why I had been struck down with this debilitating condition that robbed me of so much life! I have suffered with mental ill-health now for some 21 years, many years without a formal diagnosis. Eventually I was clinically diagnosed after 10 or more years - with GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder). At my very worst I couldn’t leave my home, struggled to drive, I had to quit my job and really only existed. My journey consisted of many forms of help - medication, therapy of many types, meditation, self-help and anything else I could get my hands on. I certainly haven't had 21 bad years however I have had a 21+ year journey thats taught me that no one is immune to mental illness, and sometimes the ones we least expect to struggle actually do. I hope my story helps listeners as I know I gained so much from reading or listening to others stories that were similar to my own. ~ Nadia Dinneen ....
