Episode 5: How to Love People Well
Hey friends! Welcome back to From the Middle. This week I am bringing you an interview with my dear friend Heather. Heather is a wife, a mom, a realtor, a mission leader and people lover. One of the reasons I wanted to bring a conversation to Heather to all of you, is how well she loves people. She loves people she knows, strangers, people who have hurt her, and people she's never met. And she does it all so well. Her humility and spirit are so attractive.  Heather is honest about struggles she has faced loving people, how she raises her kids to love well, and how she hopes we can all learn to listen and love better. This interview is good to the very last second! Just when I thought we were wrapping it up, we dove back in deep to address another needed topic. I hope you enjoy listening. If you haven't, please rate and review especially on iTunes. Your ratings and reviews help other people find their way to the middle of our conversations.

Episode 4: Growing Through Motherhood with Mary Beth Johnson
We move through topics like childhood trauma and its effects on how we parent, to the power of finding freedom and pursing your passions, how to curate a kids wardrobe, and even marathon running. Mary Beth also has an adorable kids clothing line, Everwear Kids. EK has some new and exciting things on the horizon and Mary Beth talks about she's been working on.  We move from deep to shallow and everywhere in between. One of my biggest takeaways from chatting with Mary Beth, was the importance of setting goals and overcoming the fears and anxiety that create limiting beliefs in my world. www.fromthemiddle.net/growing-through-motherhood
