- Eliminate what isn’t essential
- Set your goals
- Set aside a specific amount of time each day for checking/answering email and social media.
- Do away with multitasking
- Make a distraction to-do list.
- Learn to say NO.
- Create an environment that works for you.
- Take a break when needed.
