Sanctus want to be the Nike of mental health
Sanctus want to change the perception of mental health. They see a world where people view it in the same way that they view their physical health, and have ambitions plans to put the first mental health gym on the high street. The post received an extremely powerful response from readers who identified strongly with his message and wrote openly about similar experiences of their own. An idea was born. In this episode we spoke with James about how Sanctus is trying to become the Nike of mental health by making it feel relatable, accessible and aspirational.
