We have to set goals. Setting goals will drive ambition to set more goals. I exercise three to four days a week. It gives me a chance to think about things on a deeper level. I reflect on the progress of MVNF Podcast Network and the MVNF Media various Projects. Fitness breeds optimism and optimism breed greatness. People are great because they run they are great because we can do it together. We need others to get Bigger Faster & Stronger!

The fall winter change brings new opportunities for new exercises for outside and the Gym. I am firm believer that there no good fitness opportunies should be wasted or missed. A big Shout out to Robert Merriman, he made it through a success brain surgery to remove cancer from his brain. There is 4% chance he will live longer than 2 years with further treatment. He is from Canada living the American dream! We wish him well and pray for his health. As veterans we know that 1% ca make a huge difference! Ultra Running is gaining in popularity. Any runner can test their mental toughness on the road but try running up, through, and down a mountain!

The Gym is a time to specific like the pacific. Much like life in general it doesn't matter where you start, it just matters that you start. Over the course of few week or months, you will see results. The results will adjust the your next course of action. Action, repeat, and more action is the key to success. There will always be walls and plateaus in the gym. You gym life and life will mold together. Not everyone has access to the gym and it is a positive step towards putting you life on the right path. Hope is not a destination it is a path.

The lives we lead are made simple choices all the time. My wife loves running it gives her time for herself. There is something about the outdoors that revives us and reminds us we too are a part of something larger.

Fitness is a critical component of any road to recovery. Some have longer roads, however you are not alone on this journey. There is a correlation with fitness and a better outlook on life. My wife Sarah just completed a 13.1 Half marathon and her next goal is full 26.2 Miles. Every run, step, skip and jump may not be the pretties or the most accurate, but when it comes together there are wonderful things will happen. Not because we will things to happen with, its because of the will to take a step and another and start your on journey to the top!.

The many injuries and the roads we have crossed cause various aches and pains. Throughout the years we question everything we ever knew about fitness over and over again. We ask our selves what it all for and the single best answer is self. We do it for the many side of our selves that we have. The health side, the family side, the attractive side or the I have nothing better to do side. We can back to the same answer to the same question, would I do it again? The same answer: You better believe I would do it again!

The people in fitness will push us out of our confort zone. It is uncomfortable just getting fitness done and done in a timely manner. We aspire to have similar fitness goals. You never know people will bring out the best in all of us. As veterans we stay away from people for many reasons including trust. We simply do not trust people and espicially strangers. Take a chance in fitness and take another chance in life.
