We talk about some of the ways we get our deals. Word of mouth, Facebook ads, driving for dollars, mailing, networking.
We talk about how important networking is to growing your business. How a local networking event put us in contact with a local landlord and how we were able to leverage that into a possible wholesale deal.
Our work speaks for itself. Talk about how you have gotten deals just by getting our name and product out there. We supply people with a great product and the results speak for themselves.
We talk about how people have approached us on the job while we were rehabbing a home and have wanted to buy the house right there before it was even finished.
Foundation for Success – Work. Everyone wants there to be a shortcut for success but there isn’t. You have to work for it. It won’t be easy. But it will be worth it.
New segment: Jon’s Tips For Money Management: Budget book. Get a notebook or app or excel spread sheet if you are really fancy and keep track of every single item you buy. Keep it on the counter or fridge so you don’t forget. At the end of the month categorize it and add it up. Some of you will be surprised that you spent 500 dollars on eating out. See where you can cut back and make those changes.
