In this episode, I talk at length with Halley B. Lewis IV who was perhaps the most successful clothier I have ever trained. Halley and I met when he was 18 years old and going off to college and I made him a suit. Several years later he was considering a job with Tom James Company, and instead came to work with me. After 3 years, Halley decided to follow his father's footsteps and go to Law School, yet he continued to make great money here and there as a clothier. In our discussion, we talk about what it's like being a clothier, learning the trade, and competing with Tom James in the marketplace.
