FR Ep #275 How To Ask For What You Want
Today on Feminine Roadmap we are talking about how to ask for what you want. Many women that I’ve talked to have learned to get along in life and relationships by yielding, complying or staying quiet. While there may be times where that is the appropriate response, more often it is not the healthiest way to handle things. When we begin to understand what it is that we want and need on a fundamental level – emotionally, physically and mentally – then we can start to communicate it. As we know ourselves better we gain clarity and confidence which empowers better, clearer communication. In this episode, Gina walks through the process of gaining that clarity and confidence. She also covers what that looks like in different avenues of life by sharing real life examples from hers.
