From Victim to Heroine
Anne Davin is a thought leader in a new world vision emerging from the intersection of depth psychology and earth-based mother culture wisdom. Anne helps people live, love and lead with purpose. Anne will be offering tools and practices that draw from the collective wisdom of somatic and Jungian principles. Anne’s approach includes myth and imagination, cognitive behavior therapy, and somatic psychotherapy techniques. Her work is focused on the unconscious and the cultivation of an inner wholeness, which creates a deeper connection with self, others and one’s deepest purpose. Anne’s background in depth psychology is based on a view that the world itself is ensouled, inclusive of the natural world, and the unseen forces beyond what is readily visible. Anne believes that the pervasive symptoms of dis-ease – depression, anxiety, and addictions – are an invitation to deeper inquiry and a re-membering of ourselves to who we really are.

As a result, they often manipulate and exploit people to fuel their delusions and fend off the ever-looming threat of depression. Narcissists LIVE and BREATHE to confuse the people in their lives. Codependency Recovery
Codependency underlies all addictions. The core symptom of “dependency” manifests as reliance on a person, substance, or process (i.e, activity, such as gambling or sex addiction). Instead of having a healthy relationship with yourself, you make something or someone else more important. Over time, your thoughts, feelings, and actions revolve around that other person, activity, or substance, and you increasingly abandon your relationship with yourself. Codependents struggle with being who they think others want them to be. Through the healing of codependency, a human being finds the opportunity to become self-actualized in the purest form. This journey towards self-realization is as much neurological as it is spiritual and as much physical as it is meta-physical. Join me on the journey as I unpack Codependency with author and expert Lisa Romano, who has devoted her life's work to this topic.

Alone Awakened
In order to tune into her sacred longing, and to hear the cry of her true desire, Yogini Britt Steele went alone into the forest for several days with nothing more than a sheep skin, a feather, and her prayers. As Britt says on her website: “Each day you wake up and you either move through life consciously -- paying attention to the details, or unconsciously -- going through the motions. It isn’t what happens in your life that makes the greatest impact -- it’s the perspective through which you see your life and what you do with what you see.” Britt will be sharing what she learned while in total isolation - how being at the mercy of the sun, sky, wind and rain expanded her world in a whole new way.

Born To Be Free
As a youth, Noah Levine was incarcerated several times. His first book, Dharma Punx, details teenage years filled with drugs, violence, and multiple suicide attempts—choices fuelled by disillusionment with American mainstream culture. His substance abuse started early in life—eventually landing him in a padded detoxification cell in juvenile prison. It was in this cell where he hit an emotional rock bottom and began his vipassana practice out of a place of extreme drug addiction and violence. While incarcerated, he saw for the first time how the practice his father taught him gave him the tools to relieve the fear. Levine is the son of American Buddhist author Stephen Levine. He received teacher training from Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. Noah also credits the 14th Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg, Norman Fischer, and Sylvia Boorstein as his teachers.
