The Mother Effect Series’ purpose is to highlight the importance of a mother’s roles. This episode is with Tabitha James. Ms. Tabitha D. James is a multifaceted business professional and rural community activist. She has a passion for rural community leadership, youth development and organizational behavior. When she's not in her local community, Ms. James travels to speak and host workshops across the United States and internationally with a primary focus on multi-generational leadership, social engagement and business strategy. In her spare time, she enjoys worship, fine dining, community service and reading. She has multiple degrees, several titles and an admirable list of accomplishments, however she is most proud to be a daughter and caregiver for her loving mother. Her life motto is: Hard work can’t pay off if you don’t work hard. Do work!
