Adam and Angel had the great pleasure in having Assistant Coach J Landham of Griz Soccer.  From player to apartment managing to coaching, Coach Landham tells how the journey he has taken to get to Montana.  Coach Landham also breaks down the amazing ways that Griz soccer train to be the best.  Coach also gives his thoughts and ideas about  all aspects of coaching.

On this episode we dive into the men's and women's basketball seasons with special guest Josh Clixby.  We take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly that was apart of the men's season.  We talk about where we are at and what needs to be done to get Griz back on top again. We take a look at the roster movements and what the next season might look like.

Adam and Angel had the great pleasure in having Head Coach Chris Citowicki of Griz soccer.  We talk about the great season that was and the great things to come in the program.  Also, coach talks about how to balance work and family, a great story about butterflies you have to hear, and how Herbs Brooks played a role in his coaching career.

Adam and Angel give an update on the Men's and Women basketball team.  We break down the what we saw from the Weber State, Eastern Washington, and Cat games.  We looked forward to the S. Utah game that was later canceled.

Adam and Angel take a look at the new recruiting class of the Griz Football.  We go recruit by recruit and give what we have seen on tape and our thoughts on each one.  We give you what the Griz need to do moving on in the transfer portal.
