What are the lessons Game of thrones offer?
Game of Thrones has been on our screens for so many years and has become so jaw-droppingly popular that, in many ways, it feels like an old friend. We’ve grown up with the show. The programme, based on the best-selling books by George RR Martin, has also inspired some serious thinking about the life lessons we can learn from Jon, Dany, Arya, Tyrion and all the other cast as they battle for survival in Westeros. Game of Thrones dishes out advice based on how the show’s characters learn to face "conflict, build resilience, and improve their long-term vision”. Lessons like :- Never underestimate the power of women -Always stay loyal -Embrace your ‘imperfections’ -Surround yourself with the best people for you -Books are everything -There's always something to learn -Tough experiences are the best teachers -Every moment counts If all the gruesome bloody and downright jaw-dropping deaths on the show are going to teach us anything, it’s that every single moment on Earth counts because you really never know what’s going to happen. So don't waste anot her second... listen, like and share. Enjoy!

Dealing with the Fear of Starting
Are you afraid of making decisions . . . asking your boss for a raise . . . leaving an unfulfilling relationship . . . facing the future? Fear, uncertainty and self-doubt are all raw feelings people experience when they consider the idea of starting something new, especially a new business. It's scary. No doubt about that. Especially if you need to give up something secure i.e what you possess today, to start something insecure and uncertain. Now, feeling the fear is something that most of us have experienced one time or the other in our lives, so you're not weird it's normal to feel the fear of the unknown before you start a project/business. So, what triggers this fear? And how do you overcome it and become successful? It's all about finding the courage to take the first step, wholeheartedly commit to your idea and believe in yourself. There is definitely no one-size-fits-all solution for every business. Plus, vulnerability and questioning come with every decision we make in life, but what separates achieving the dream of running your own project/business from sitting on the sidelines is the ability to jump in and take that leap. So, Whatever your reason for being afraid to start, here is your chance to push through it once and for all. .... Joining me in this conversation is the former national manager of CoolWazobiaInfo and the present C.E.O of one23 communication and Men's Room project Onimisi Jude Adaba . Please listen and enjoy!

Good girl Vs Bad girl
Recently, I have been particularly intrigued by a phenomenon which has become almost cliché: the Good Girl vs. Bad Girl syndrome. In my country most girls were raised to be ‘good‘ and morally upright. But with time, ironically it sort of seems like, bad girls are winning and one would wonder why there ever was a need to be ‘good‘. The idea of being a good girl was deeply ingrained in us. You were most likely told that crossing your legs properly in public, learning to cook, getting good grades, avoiding boys, dressing decently, going to church (or other religious places), and etc. were what made one a good girl. For as long as I can remember, it always seems that ‘bad girls‘ in any stage of life seem to be doing better in comparison to the good ones. They learned how to socialize better and, in some cases they grasped sex education faster. "Today's podcast started abruptly, cos a heated discussion had ensued once the topic was introduced." We have Thelma standing in for the Good girl. Victa Pepple standing in for the guys and bad girls. We're joined very briefly by Khalid. The discussion basically took a life if it's own. Listen & Enjoy!
