Richard McCann's mother Wilma was the first victim of Peter Sutcliffe, the serial killer known as the Yorkshire Ripper. Richard was just five years old.   After a tough childhood he ended up in prison, before turning his life around. He wrote the best selling 'Just a Boy' and became a motivational speaker.  Now he speaks hundreds of times a year in the UK and across the world.   Jeremy and Ayd interviewed him on April 30th 2014 in the evening, during a busy trip to London that included an interview on Radio 2 and a meeting about making the film of his life story.   There's a chance to win tickets to Richard's next iCan event which Jeremy is emceeing.

There's some great tips on marketing yourself as a speaker from Geoff who recently spoke at the National Speakers Association convention in Philadelphia. The show was recorded after midnight in London, after Geoff had been along to Jem's stadium gig. Ayd concludes the episode with a brilliant song about how good you look when you're not in the room.  (In other words how good are your showreels, videos, website etc.) And stay till the end to hear Geoff rapping!
