How am I resting in beauty?

1.  Go on a regular nature walk weekly.  Follow the same path.  Could you become familiar with it? 


2.  Fill the space with music.  I love music by Karl Jenkins, Peter Paul, Mary,  Max Reicht,  Elizabeth Mitchel, Henry Purcell, and JJ Heller. 


3. Sit with beauty.  Create it.  Notice it.  Watch it.   I'm intentionally seeking beauty before I make dinner.


4. Remember beauty.  Use your phone to remind you of the beauty you've seen recently. What did you snap a photo of?  What memory can you hold?


5.  Slow down.

Family Play Idea:  How many things can you do with pumpkins?  Roast, Carve, Exploid, Float, Drop, Throw.
