58. Shoebox Miracles with Operation Christmas Child

**Photos and added video footage courtesy of Samaritan's Purse (thank you!)**   The Samaritan's Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way.  Barbara Schoonmaker is the Regional Area Coordinator for 10 counties in Midland, SC, and has served as a volunteer in this ministry since 2011.  In this episode she shares her experience at a Malawi distribution event, beautiful and miraculous testimonies of God blessing children so specifically through these gifts, details about the history and impact of the ministry, and how you can get involved.   Mark 10:13-16 NIV 13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
